Plaza Midwood’s Backyard Axe Throwing League (BATL) is a unique place to try your hand at axe throwing. Learn from the pros then battle your friends in various axe throwing games. Walk-ins are welcomed – no league required!
Reopening on February 10th! The Light Factory is Plaza Midwood’s very own photography art museum. Explore the gallery or sign-up for one of their many photography, film, or video workshops.

A perfect place to sit under a shade tree and read a good book! Midwood Park is a surprisingly large park in the heart of Plaza Midwood. The park has an outdoor amphitheater, community garden, tennis court, playground, and picnic shelter. In the warmer months, you’ll find various food trucks nearby such as Birdsong Brewery and Rita’s ice. The amphitheater host various events throughout the year.
