Pricing Your Home
Pricing is a crucial step in selling your home. Our team has developed a winning approach to sell your home for the best possible price. We conduct a full-scale market analysis to determine the market value of your home and from there, we determine the best price. We consider all of the elements that go into your list price including any renovations and the time of the year. After this, we work with you to determine a list price that will work for you.

When an offer is accepted, one of the next critical steps is the appraisal.
